Frequently Asked Questions

Since we're a small shop, we don't collect sales tax for every state. Your local state laws might require you to report your purchase and pay 'use tax' at the end of the year. Please check with your local tax authority if you have any questions!

For hand made pipes: your pipe will ship as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
For all other items: Your item is made to order and will ship within the next 10 business days.

Hand Made Pipes
Within two weeks of purchase, returns are accepted with a full refund, minus return shipping, if the following requirements are met:
The pipe is
a. Unsmoked
b. Undamaged
Refunds will be processed after the returned pipe has been received and inspected. Partial refunds will be issued if any damage is found. If the pipe has been smoked, no refund will be issued and the pipe will be returned to you.
Only pipes purchased through dshpipes.com may be returned here.
